None. What you see is what you pay. Comfort is always included, and any fees are shown upfront. We don’t use surge pricing, but if it’s busy, you can choose to offer your driver a higher fare to get picked up faster - always optional, always your choice.

Yes. You can modify or cancel your ride directly in the app. If you cancel within the first 5 minutes, there’s no fee. After that, your driver may request a cancellation fee based on how far they’ve traveled, but some drivers may choose to waive the fee entirely.
ID verification is only needed if you want to pay with cash. It’s quick and easy, protecting both drivers and riders.
Drivers pay a simple subscription fee - daily, weekly, or monthly - which is typically covered in just a few rides. Riders never pay extra; every dollar of your fare goes directly to the driver. We believe that happy drivers = happy riders. :)
Sign up through the app, complete the vetting process, and install a dashcam compatible with our system. Once that’s done, you’re ready to start driving.
